If it is not already, please make sure, that RTW is GDPR compliant. Plus, please add a clear statement on that on your website. That would greatly help with acceptance in Europe, especially in a corporate environment or with participants that use company clients to log in.

To be able to join as a guest on a mobile browser. Basic functionality is fine. So many people join meetings on their phones and don't want to download an app before joining.

Please enable mobile support for Social Events. Right now it seems it only works of desktop. Using the app their should be a way to join the room.
